February 2025
Design of the project is approximately 60% complete. In early February, City staff and staff from HDR, the firm handling the project design, were doing field checks at the Ash Street bridge and the Elm Street bridge, both of which will be replaced as part of the $22 million RAISE grant received by the City. This ensures that the measurements in the design are matching the actual measurements in the field. Correcting any discrepancies at this stage will ensure a more accurate design and make the construction process more efficient.
