Options for Paying Your Water Bill
The City of Salina provides users with different options for paying their water bills. Learn today!
We converted over to a new Utility Billing software and payment processing system on 6/12/24. With that changeover, the processing fees for payments changed. Please see the payment processing fees associated with each payment time listed below.
MAIL IN

Credit card processing fees for in office payments: $3.25 or 2.5%, whichever is higher.
DROP BOX
Located on the south side of the City-County Building. As you pull into the circle drive off of Ash St, there is a large metal drop box labeled with the City of Salina logo. There is also a drop box located on the outside of our office door located at 300 W Ash St Room 102 Salina, KS 67401.
IVR
Call 1-877-883-3757 and follow the prompts using the keypad on your phone to enter your account information and preferred method of payment.
Debit/credit card processing fee: $4.45
E-Check processing fee: $2.45
ONLINE
You may access our website here. You may opt to click "One Time Payment" and simply enter your account information and preferred method of payment as a one time convenience, or you can click "New User" and follow the steps from the Online Billing Registration to set up your account.

Debit/credit card processing fee: $3.95 (Please also be advised that debit/credit card transactions over $200 are not accepted on the website ONLY at this time).
E-Check processing fee: $2.45 (There is not a transaction limit on E-Check payments).

Beginning January 1, 2020 the City of Salina passed on card processing fees (at actual cost) to customers as approved in the 2020 Comprehensive Fee Schedule by Resolution 19-7727.
