NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission to consider the following application(s):
Application #M24-2, filed by the Salina City Planning Commission, to conduct their Annual Review of the Salina Comprehensive Plan. Application #SUP24-1, filed by Salina Downtown Inc., requesting a Special Use Permit to allow a seasonal open air market / farmer’s market to be located and operated in the C-4 (Central Business) district. The subject property is the City Lights Stage/parking lot located at the southwest corner of Santa Fe Avenue and Ash Street. The property is legally described as Lots 80, 82, 84, 86, and the North 22.75 ft. of Lot 88 on Santa Fe Avenue in the Original Town (Now City) of Salina, Saline County, Kansas and addressed as 149 N. Santa Fe Avenue. |
The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
