NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission to consider the following application(s):
Amended Application #Z24-1, filed by Southlands Development, LLC, requesting a change in zoning classification from Saline County AG (Agricultural) to PC-7 (Planned Highway Commercial) to allow development of a new Maverik Convenience Store. The rezoning request area is a 10.49 acre tract of land located at the northwest corner of Water Well Road and Interstate 135, directly north of the Yost Addition. |

The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
