NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Salina Board of Zoning Appeals to consider the following application(s):
Application #V26-005, filed by Bevin Welsch on behalf of Lloyds of Kansas, LLC, has been scheduled for a public hearing before the Board of Zoning appeals, requesting a side yard setback variance of 6.6 feet from 10 feet (the required minimum side yard setback) to 4.4 feet to allow the construction of a 19 foot by 6 foot exterior staircase along the east side of the residence located on the north side of Oakdale Drive. The subject property is legally described as a portion of Lot 16, Block 15 of the Cunningham’s Replat of the Oakdale Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas and is addressed as 615 Oakdale Drive. |
The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building and may also be joined via Zoom on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
