New Water Billing System - Important Information
The City has converted to a new water billing software which has a new website. In order to use online payment, view your account online, etc. you will need to “Create a New Account” (you have an existing water account, but you will need a new online account to make use of the services associated with the new water billing software). You can access the new online water bill pay site and create a new account here: https://salutil.salina.org/css/default.aspx
To link your water account to your online account, you will need your new account ID and customer ID. Please view the video below to learn how to obtain those ID numbers.
What do I need to know about my bills?
If you currently receive your bill in the mail and you pay in-person, via mail, or via dropbox, you will continue to receive your bill in the mail and pay as you did before
If you receive your bill via email, there will be no change.
Auto-Payment – We recommend that you review and verify your Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) information for your account online at https://salutil.salina.org/css/default.aspx
Phone Payments - We are accepting payments via phone with your new account number at 1-877-883-3757.
If you have any questions, please call the Water Department at 785-309-5740. Please be patient as call volumes are currently very high.
