Probation/Diversion Guidelines
In order for your appointment with the Court Services Coordinator to be more productive and timely:
- Appointments will be scheduled between the hours of 8:15 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments may be scheduled by calling the number above. If the Court Services Coordinator is not available, a detailed message can be left and your call will be returned. Appointments will normally last no longer than 15 minutes, although the length may vary depending on the subject matter being discussed. Unless it is an emergency, you will not be seen without an appointment.
- Appointments are scheduled with the defendant, therefore, family, friends, spouses, etc. will not be permitted to be present during the meeting.
- If you do not speak English fluently, you will need to bring someone who can interpret for you.
- If for any reason you cannot be at an appointment, you must call at least 24 hours in advance to change your appointment. Should you miss an appointment one letter will be sent to the last known address with a new meeting date and time. If you fail to appear for that meeting a Motion to Revoke Probation/Diversion could be filed with the court.
- You are required to keep the Court Services Coordinator informed of your current address and phone number. This can be done by mail, e-mail, or telephone. If you call and the Court Services Coordinator is not available, you may leave a detailed message.
