NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission to consider the following application(s):
Application #CU24-5, filed by Jerry Callabresi, on behalf of the Sharon Y. Callabresi Trust, requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow an auto repair, welding and assembly business to locate and operate in an I-1 (Industrial Park) zoning district. The subject property is legally described as Lot 2, Block D of the Park West Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County and addressed as 1311 Armory Road.
Application #CU24-6, filed by Jerry Callabresi, on behalf of the Sharon Y. Callabresi Trust, requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow an auto repair, welding and assembly business to locate and operate in an I-1 (Industrial Park) zoning district. The subject property is legally described as Lot 3, Block D of the Park West Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas and addressed as 1315 Armory Road.
The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
