NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission to consider the following application(s):
Application #ZMA26-005, filed by Neel Jain on behalf of Salina Investments, LLC, has been filed for a public hearing before the Planning Commission, requesting a Zoning Map Amendment from C-7 (Highway Commercial) to C-5 (Service Commercial). The subject property is a 3.96 acre tract of land located north of I-70 on the south side of West Diamond Drive, addressed as 635 W. Diamond Drive, and is legally described as the west 71 feet of Lot 4 and all of Lots 5 and 6 less the highway right-of-way in the Interstate District North of I-70 Lots 4-7 Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas. |

The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
