NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission to consider the following application(s):
Application #SDP26-002, filed by Henry Klover on behalf of Panda Express, requesting approval of a final site development plan for Lot 4, Block 1 of the Replat of Nine South Addition, in accordance with Sec. 42-409.18 and Ordinance No. 26-11281, for the development of a fast casual restaurant, has been filed for a public hearing before the Planning Commission. The subject property is zoned PC-5 (Planned Service Commercial). The property is a 1.1 acre tract of land located on the east side of Market Place (S. 9th Street frontage road) between the Market Place Apartments and Sam’s Club and is addressed as 2775 Market Place. |

The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
