NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission to consider the following application(s):
Application #ZTA26-002, filed by Dean Andrew on behalf of Kelly Dunn, has been filed for a public hearing before the Planning Commission, requesting amendments of Sections 42-187, 42-189, and 42-190 of the R-2.5 (Multiple-Family Residential) District regulations and Sections 42-202, 42-204, and 42-205 of the R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential) District regulations to add single-family attached dwellings as a permitted use and establish associated minimum lot-width and side-yard requirements. |

The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, on Tuesday September 15, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
