NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Salina City Heritage Commission to consider the following application:
Application #CA26-002, filed by Jane Gates, on behalf of the Stiefel Theatre for the Performing Arts, has been filed for a public hearing before the Heritage Commission, requesting the approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow for the replacement of six (6) upper-story double hung windows located along the west façade of the building along South Santa Fe Avenue. The subject property is legally described as Lot 133, less the North 7.5 inches, and All of Lots 135 & 137 on Santa Fe in the Original Town (Now City) of Salina, Saline County Kansas and addressed as 151 S. Santa Fe Avenue.
A public hearing will be granted to any persons interested in said proposed change(s) or amendment(s) on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. in the City Commissioners' Meeting Room, Room 107, City-County Building, 300 West Ash Salina, Kansas.
