NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Design Review Board of Salina Business Improvement District No. 1 to consider the following application(s):
Application #CC26-016, filed by Justin Jennings on behalf of Roosevelt Lincoln Lofts LLC, has been scheduled for a public hearing before the Design Review Board of Salina Business Improvement District Number 1, requesting approval of a Certificate of Compatibility to allow the construction of two (2) ground signs in a different location than previously approved by the board. The signs were previously approved to be located at the front entrance of each building, and the applicant is now requesting to locate them near the parking lot driveway entrances along the 7th Street and 8th Street frontages. The subject property is zoned PDD/R-3 (Planned Development District / Multiple-Family Residential) and is located within Salina Business Improvement District No. 1. The subject property is addressed as 220 S. 7th Street and 245 S. 8th Street and is legally described as School Park and Lots 6-10 on Mulberry Street between 7th Street and 8 Street in the Original Town of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.

The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
