NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Design Review Board of Salina Business Improvement District No. 1 to consider the following application(s):
Application #CC26-007, filed by Jeff Maes on behalf of 1858 Properties, LLC, requesting approval of a Certificate of Compatibility for 244 S. Santa Fe Avenue to allow exterior modifications including replacement of the existing facade and arches with an inset patio and installation of a new façade, canopy and signage pursuant to Section 2-207 of the Salina Code of Ordinances has been filed for a public hearing before the Business Improvement District No. 1 Design Review Board. The subject property is zoned C-4 (Central Business District) and is located within the Salina Business Improvement District No. 1. The property is located on the west side of South Santa Fe Avenue north of Mulberry Street, addressed as 244 S. Santa Fe Avenue, and is legally described as Lot 162 on Santa Fe Avenue in the Original Town (now City) of Salina.

The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
