PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
UTILITY EASEMENT VACATION REQUEST
The Salina City Commission will hold a public hearing on July 13, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in Room 107 of the City-County Building, for the purpose of considering Petition #26-003 which has been filed by Rene Leiker (“petitioner”) on behalf of Kansas State University Salina. The petitioner is requesting the vacation of a portion of a 100 ft. platted utility easement located in Lot 8, Block 1, Schilling Subdivision No. 3 to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas and the vacation of a platted 30 ft. utility easement lying in portions of Lots 12 and 13, Block 1, Schilling Subdivision No. 3 to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas. All interested parties may appear at this scheduled public hearing and be heard before the Salina City Commission.
