PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
EASEMENT VACATION REQUEST
The Salina City Commission will hold a public hearing on July 27, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in Room 107 of the City-County Building, for the purpose of considering the vacation of all of the Decatur Street (aka Railroad Avenue) right-of-way lying between the East line of Front Street right-of-way and the West line of Chester Avenue (aka Custer Avenue) located in Morris Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas; and the vacation of that part of Chester Avenue (aka Custer Avenue) right-of-way in the Morris Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, that lies North of the North Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way line and South of the South Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way line. All interested parties may appear at this scheduled public hearing and be heard before the Salina City Commission.
