Beginning Friday, October 9, 2026, Mies Construction will install traffic control and close Osage Ave north of Ponca Ave. Pavement will be removed to replace the water main north of the intersection. Access north to Osage Ave from Ponca Ave will be prohibited. Osage Ave will be closed to thru traffic south of Franklin St. Residents will be provided access from Franklin St. Work is expected to last two weeks and be completed by October 23, 2026, weather permitting.
Appropriate barriers will be in place to ensure the safety of workers. Motorists may encounter minor delays and are encouraged to avoid work zones when possible.
