Salina’s Country Club Heights neighborhood is turning 100 years old in 2026. Join historian and resident Andrew Breer on October 1 at 5:30 pm for an exploration of the people, places and stories that lead to the creation of one of Salina’s most beloved neighborhoods. Our talk will discover Salina a century ago, and unfold how a frontier city develops into a thriving, expanding metropolis through the lens of the residents who first called the neighborhood home.

The Smoky Hill Museum is a nationally accredited history museum. Since 1986 it has been in the heart of downtown Salina, Kansas. This FREE museum is open Tuesday-Friday 11-5, Saturday 10-5.
