Beginning Monday, August 3, 2026, Smoky Hill Construction will begin installing fire and domestic water line service for the Historic Lee Lofts Building III, located in the 200 block of North Santa Fe Avenue.
The project is expected to take approximately three to four weeks to complete, weather permitting.
During construction, northbound traffic will be shifted around the work area. Appropriate traffic control and safety barriers will be in place to protect workers and the public.
Motorists may experience minor delays in the area and are encouraged to use alternate routes when possible.
