NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Design Review Board of Salina Business Improvement District No. 1 to consider the following application(s):
Application #CC26-012, filed by Megan Schaffer on behalf of Lumineo Signs, has been filed for a public hearing before the Business Improvement District No. 1 Design Review Board, requesting approval of a Certificate of Compatibility to allow the installation of a new sign located over the entry archway to City Lights Pavilion pursuant to Section 2-207 of the Salina Code of Ordinances. The subject property is zoned C-4 (Central Business District) and is located within the Salina Business Improvement District No. 1. The property is located at the southwest corner of North Santa Fe Avenue and Ash Street, addressed as 149 N. Santa Fe Avenue, and is legally described as Lots 80-86 alternating and the north 22.75 feet of Lot 88 on Santa Fe Avenue in the Original Town (now City) of Salina.

The public hearing will be held in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. A hearing will be granted to any and all persons desiring to be heard on the above request(s).
