The successful functioning of citizen boards, committees and commissions is a cornerstone of democratic local government.  Therefore, Salina City Commission intends to attract the broadest possible spectrum of citizens to serve in these capacities.  All those interested in volunteering are asked to complete an Expression of Interest form.  Forms can be submitted to the City Clerk's office electronically or by mail and will be kept on file for two years for City Commission consideration.  If you have questions regarding serving on these boards/commissions, please contact Lieu Ann Elsey, City Clerk, at (785) 309-5735.
