The City Clerk's office maintains, protects and preserves the official records of the City.  Copies of ordinances, resolutions, contracts and other open public documents may be obtained from the City Clerk's office by completing an open records request.

The City Clerk's office is responsible for preparing the weekly City Commission agendas, minutes, and information packets.  These items are posted weekly on the City's website.

In addition, citizens are able to apply for various business licenses and permits or check on special assessments.
