$25.00 payable in advance, refundable if the meter is found to be incorrect. |
| Water Bill Adjustments |
If the consumption returns to normal within 2 months and there has been no other Water Bill Adjustment given in the past 2 years. |
| Penalty Waiver |
If the customer's income is within the HUD guidelines and they receive their income outside the bill due date. |
| Extensions |
A customer is allowed 3 extensions within a 12-month period if they did not receive an extension in the most previous month. |
| Low Income Assistance |
This program is administered by the Social agencies of Salina- American Red Cross, Emergency Aid Food Bank, and the Salvation Army. |
