HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM  

The City of Salina has grant funds available each year to assist home owners with minor repairs related to health and safety.  Applicants are required to furnish proof of income and must allow staff to enter the home to do a minimum housing standards inspection.  Contact Chuck Powell, Housing Rehabilitation Specialist, at (785)309-5760, or by e-mail.
