REQUEST FOR BIDS



Sealed proposals for the following services will be received by the City of Salina, at the office of the Operations Manager, General Services Building, 412 West Ash Street, Salina, Kansas until 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 12, 2010, at which time the proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud.

2010 Uniform Specifications

The Public Works Department requests each bidder submit one each of the following specification samples with the proposal:

Men’s Denim Jean Cut/Pants, (100% cotton), 14 oz.
Men’s Industrial Poplin short sleeve shirt, 4 ¼ oz, 1 pocket
Hooded Sweat Jacket, Vellux

Proposals will be tabulated and results will be mailed to each vendor who submitted a proposal. At that time, we will also return the specification samples.

The City of Salina, Kansas, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities therein.
