Parks & Forestry
The Parks and Forestry Divisions are responsible for maintaining park grounds and landscaping in 28 City parks with over 600 acres in park land. These divisions also have maintenance responsibilities in downtown Salina and on other public grounds, including parkways and landscaped median strips. Over 60,000 flowers are planted annually in the parks system. The Salina Legacy Park Fund replaces the Salina Legacy Tree Fund. For more information contact the Oakdale Park office.
