The documents may be purchased from the office of the City Engineer upon payment of $35.00  for each set of plans and specifications, which are non-refundable.

The Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents may be obtained by bona fide Prime Bidders (General and Electrical) from Jones Gillam Renz Architects, PO Box 2928, Salina KS 67402 – 785.827.0386 upon deposit of $75.00 for one (1) set of General Construction and Electrical Drawings and Specifications.  Bidders may obtain up to 2 sets for refundable deposit.  Additional sets must be purchased.

A Pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. CST, at the Bicentennial Center, V.I.P. Room, 800 The Midway, Salina, Kansas. Failure to attend this meeting may be grounds for rejection of the Contractor's Bid.

CENTRAL GARAGE PARTS & SERVICES

The City of Salina, Kansas is currently accepting sealed proposals for Central Garage Parts & Services. The five product groups listed in the bid forms include: lubricants, anti-freeze, batteries, waste oil and other waste products, and filters.  Vendors may bid on one group or all groups. Each product group will be awarded seperately.

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Salina, Office of City Clerk, 300 West Ash Street, Room 206, Salina, KS 67401, until 5:00 p.m. CST, August 6, 2010.  Proposals will be opened on August 9, 2010 at the Central Garage, 418 E. Ash, Salina, KS 67401. Copies of each proposal will be sent to participating vendors after the opening.
